克雷斯托酒莊 ~葡萄牙五大酒莊之一

Quinta do Crasto克雷斯托酒莊正好位於Douro河的沙洲上，景色異常優美，在Douro法定產區中克雷斯托酒莊座落於受上帝恩寵的地方，Roquette家族擁有這酒莊已超越百年之久。Crasto之名源自拉丁文之castrum是”羅馬堡壘”之意，酒莊的歷史可回溯至1615年在Marquês de Pombal的時代；其中的一個製酒廠叫做“marco pombalino”創建自1758年的日期在酒莊內依然可見。 

Quinta do Crasto Douro Reserva Old Vines 連續三年入選 Wine Spectaror 百大之列，甚至勇奪第三名，更是在葡萄牙酒莊裡無人能及的榮耀。Robert Parker、Wine Spectator、Decanter、Jancis Robinson皆認為Quinta do Crasto應該是葡萄牙最好的酒莊，使Crasto酒莊得到世界上愛酒人士的爭相收藏。 

Roquette & Cazes 這系列的酒是法國五級酒莊Château Lynch-Bages 的莊主 Jean-Michel Cazes早早預知葡萄牙的紅酒將來深具潛力，於2002年找了葡萄牙最知名的酒莊 Quinta do Crasto 的Roquette家族合作，生產出別具特色的新酒，融合葡萄牙文化及波爾多百年的經驗傳承。

Quinta do Crasto  Touriga Nacional  2010

Aroma: Impressive aromatic expression. Fresh floral notes combined with ripe red fruits. Great harmony and intensity

Palate: Elegant upfront, developing to a rich full and round texture palate, with very elegant tannins, well combined with vibrant floral aromas. Finishes with great freshness and length.  .

Quinta do Crasto  Tinta Roriz  2010

Released only in years of exceptional quality, this wine is made with Tinta Roriz from only the very best vineyard blocks in the Douro Valley. The first edition launched was in 1997 and since then has been recognised as one of the most reputable interpretations of the varietal on Portuguese soil.

Quinta do Crasto  Douro Reserva Old Vines 2011

The 2011 Reserva Old Vines (around 70 years of age on average) spent 18 months in 65% new and 35% used barriques (85% French, the rest American oak). Ripe, intensely spicy black fruit nose. Good density. Bright fruity palate shows lovely balance between the new oak and the spicy structure. A rich modern style, but good acid and tannins in the finish.

Roquette & Cazes Xisto  2004  

WINEMAKERS: Daniel Llose (Château Lynch-Bages) and Manuel Lobo (Quinta do Crasto).

Colour: a gorgeous garnet-red colour with shiny hues.

Nose: intense ans reveals elegant red fruit aromas.

Palate: an explosion of savours typical of sunny wines, with fleshy, silky and nice tannins. The wine Xisto – Roquette & Cazes 2004 can be defined by lots of harmony, elegance and great ageing potencial. 

Roquette & Cazes  2012

WINEMAKERS: Daniel Llose (Château Lynch-Bages) and Manuel Lobo (Quinta do Crasto).

Colour: deep purple.

Nose: great aromatic complexity with aromas of well integrated fresh berries as well as violet and spicy notes.

Palate: elegant, full-bodied with smooth and fine tannins. Very pleasant sensation of forest fruits in complete harmony with soft violet flavours. Firm, fresh and lingering finish.

Quinta do Crasto  Douro Superior 2012

Deep violet colour. Expressive aromas of fruit berries and hints of spice.
Fresh flavours with solid structure and velvety tannins.

Quinta do Crasto  Douro Red 2013

This is a wine with lots of Character that’s an outstanding value. From the first earthy sniff,  this wine had great potential, full body and dryness it was a delight to the palate. Agreeable tannins added to the experience and lasted well into the medium-long finish.

Quinta do Crasto  Douro Branco 2013

This wine is made from traditional Douro white grape varieties: Gouveio, Roupeiro and Rabigato. Made from the best grapes, this is a fresh and aromatic wine with a modern style. Citrus and asparagus aromas with elegant floral notes are perfectly integrated. Good balance, crisp freshness and a pleasant length.
