最勃根地的教皇新堡 2014 Clos des Papes  12入原木箱

    阿弗力（Avril）家族自1902年起，至今傳承，於2009年辭世的第四代老莊主Paul Vincent Avril 絕對是教皇新堡產區中最受推崇的釀酒師之一。2007年美國Wine Spectator雜誌將本莊的2005年份教皇新堡評為百大葡萄酒第一名,從此聲名大噪!! 在他畢生努力的照顧下，打造家族所擁有的Clos des Papes酒莊成為產區中最傳奇性的知名酒莊，所生產的佳釀是許多酒迷心目中教皇新堡酒款的經典酒款。

    Clos des Papes酒莊只生產紅酒及白酒(總產量的10%)各一款，典型的傳統派釀酒風格，優雅細緻，紅酒使用舊的大橡木桶陳年，有別於其他酒莊使用小型新橡木桶，因此風格優雅卻底蘊扎實，紅白美釀都值得久存，教皇新堡的優雅版非Clos des Papes莫屬。

紅酒: Wine Spectator – 93 分.

葡萄品種: 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah and 5% others

Shows a lightly mulled edge. The warm raspberry and boysenberry confiture notes mingle with cedar, cinnamon, black tea and tobacco details. Everything pulls together on the finish, extended by a shiso leaf echo. Very refined. Drink now through 2030.

白酒: Wine Spectator – 96 分.

葡萄品種: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Picpoul

There's a lot going on here, with a big core of yellow apple, white peach and wet straw notes offset by accents of citrus oil and bitter almond. A hint of brioche shows on the finish, but this is decidedly stony in feel at the end. The elements should meld beautifully with cellaring. Best from 2016 through 2026.
