享譽全球佳釀 Domaine Leflaive

擁有四百年歷史的Leflaive Puligny Montrachet村內公認品質最佳之一酒廠,擁有多塊令人垂涎的知名頂級園,生產細膩的白酒著稱。1990 Anne-Claude Leflaive 女士從父親 Vincent繼承經營,聘請名釀酒師負責釀酒 (Pierre Morey,後由Eric Remy ),並在 1997 年引進自然動力種植法Biodynamic,配合日月星辰變遷來實行各項的農業技術(如剪枝、施肥)讓葡萄的生長能跟著地球磁場和物體天象共同契合。先在不銹鋼槽發酵,再換到25% 新桶比例的橡木桶中置放十二個月後再裝瓶,呈現出具有層次感、均衡飽滿的濃郁風情與細緻優雅的果味,釀造出最能表現 Terrior 的勃根地白酒。

   

  2006Anne-Claude女士被Decanter雜誌 ~ 評選為世界最佳白葡萄酒釀酒師,2014年葡萄酒大師協會Institute of Masters of Wine授予釀酒師最高榮譽 ~ 最佳釀酒師獎章Winemakers' Winemaker 2015年4月一件令人心碎的消息 ~ 她辭世了。 酒莊由侄子Brice de la Morandiere繼承,20171月聘請Pierre Vincent擔任總經理(著名釀酒學專家,曾在Domaine de la Vougeraie擔任技術經理一職)

   Leflaive Batard Montrachet  2012    BH: 92-95

風格圓潤肥碩 成熟熱帶水果 保有Puligny村的堅硬酸度

Tasting note: Mild reduction knocks down the nose but it seems reasonably clear that the underlying fruit is ripe. What immediately impresses about the broad-shouldered flavors is how fine they are which is not always the case with the typical Bâtard. This refinement only adds to the seductive palate feel of the extremely rich yet precisely focused, intense and strikingly long finish. 2012 should be a terrific vintage for this storied wine though note that plenty of patience will be required as I doubt that this will drink especially well young.

 

Leflaive Batard Montrachet  2013    BH: 93-96

Tasting note: Here the nose is restrained to the point of being all but mute and only aggressive swirling coaxes the grudging aromas of pear, white peach, apricot, acacia blossom and discreet menthol nuances. As is usually the case there is more size, weight and muscle to the medium weight plus flavors that possess a hint of bitter lemon on the massively long finish. What I find interesting about the 2013 Bâtard is not only that it is more elegant then usual but also that it manages to deliver so much volume and power without any appreciable weight. In a word, brilliant.

 

Leflaive Puligny Montrachet Les Pucelles  2010     BH: 94

Batard Montrachet同海拔 令人難忘的精細優雅均衡

Tasting note: An ultra-pure and highly complex nose of honeysuckle and essence of ripe pear liqueur introduces the silky and equally pure mineral-inflected middle weight flavors. There is a wonderfully clean and citrusy character to the driving, energetic and linear finish that despite the elevated sense of verve comes across as almost delicate. This should be fabulous in time as is one of the better vintages for this wine in a while.

 

Leflaive Puligny Montrachet Les Folatiers  2013      BH: 91-93

一級園的代表作 雍容華貴 酒體厚實

Tasting note: This too is gorgeously pure with its airy, cool and complex nose that is composed by notes of white flower and freshly cut citrus fruit that are trimmed in just a hint of pain grillé. The highly energetic and intensely mineral-inflected middle weight flavors possess good richness but also terrific delineation on the firm finish that is dry, long and moderately austere.

 

Leflaive Puligny Montrachet Clavoillon  2013   BH: 90-92

風格豪放粗礦 香氣圓潤 美味又不嚴肅

Tasting note: A cool and equally pure nose offers up notes of citrus peel, white flowers, red grapefruit and subtle wood nuances. There is excellent energy to the medium weight flavors that possess a seductive mouth feel, all wrapped in a moderately firm, balanced and solidly persistent finish. This is a bit finer than it usually is and should also reward up to a decade of bottle age.

 

Leflaive Meursault 1er Cru Sous Le Dos d'Ane  2012    BH: 89-92

PulignyMeursault的小村Blagny 富有礦石 酸度強勁

Tasting note: While there is noticeable reduction it's not so much that the ripeness of the underlying fruit cannot be seen. The mouth feel of the medium weight flavors is finer than the Puligny villages but not as concentrated and here too there is that lovely sense of tension to the clean, dry, linear and citrus-inflected finale. This will also need a minimum of 3 to 5 years of cellar time before it will begin to display some of its potential.

 

Leflaive Macon-Verze  2015    BH: 88

同樣施行自然動力種植法,人工採收後先再當地榨汁,再運回Leflaive 位於 Puligny Montrachet 的酒窖,其發酵與培養都由原廠的團隊負責。
