布夏父子酒莊Bouchard Père et Fils創立於1731年，至今已接近三個世紀，一脈承傳已有九代，現為布根地最有名且規模最大的酒商之一。1775年，約瑟夫·布沙爾收購了他的第一個葡萄園在Volnay著名的“Les Caillerets”，至今擁有130 公頃葡萄園，分佈在金丘的核心位置。其中12公頃被歸類為特級園，74 公頃是一級園，包含：Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet, Corton, Corton-Charlemagne, Clos Vougeot, Chambertin, Beaune Grèves Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus, Volnay Caillerets, Meursault Perrières 等等。這些莊園充滿了歷史和情感，充分展現了風土條件的精采與重要性。Bouchard Père et Fils細心呵護和堅持品質的精神釀造出卓越的佳釀，致力於維護風土的自然特色，並忠實地反映於酒款風味中。

  2012 BOURGOGNE LA VIGNÉE - PINOT NOIR 1500ml

酒標上的 “La Vugnee” 是清楚的標示她的葡萄來自AOC法定產區，而不是來自合作社的葡萄，所以她的葡萄產量幾乎是Bourgogne 產量的一半。如此嚴選的La Vignee Pinot Noir，加上特有的石灰岩和黏土，更能表現出他的風土文化。

酒質說明 :

優雅的水果香氣，令人舒服愉快的味道，可以感受到果味和風土的均衡，你可以盡情享受它清新和年輕，熟成3-4年後可以體驗pinot noir熟成的風味。

食物搭配：烤肉，家禽類，餡餅肉派和起司等。

Tasting note: A fresh, cool and restrained nose blends earthy red and dark berries with hints of herbal tea. There is plenty of energy and detail to the delicious and relatively forward flavors that possess reasonably good complexity and persistence in a "drink me young" package.

2013 Beaune Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus 1500ml

葡萄園：Beaune - Côte de Beaune - Côte d'Or

土壤：石灰岩、黏土、沙質和礫石Limestone and clay, sandy and gravelly

試飲期：2016 – 2023

說明：Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus 小耶穌一級獨佔園，酒標上印製的是聖嬰雕像。豐富的香味有橡木和薄荷醇，紅和黑醋栗，礦物和異國情調的茶香。不輕不重的中等酒體， 甜美的櫻桃和覆盆子的香味，綠葉，木質的口感，尾韻平衡細長。

Tasting note: There is ample but again not dominating wood influence to the menthol, red and dark currant, earth and exotic tea scents. The attractively textured, intense and restrained medium weight flavors exhibit a lovely minerality on the ever-so-mildly austere finish where a barely perceptible hint of dryness creeps in. My range offers the benefit of the doubt that this will harmonize with a few years of age.
