EgonMüller莊園自1797年起已超過六代的家族傳承，葡萄園位於Mosel高達三百米的陡峭山坡上，擁有超級名園Scharzhofberger土質主要是灰黑板岩，排水性良好。白天板岩吸收貯存陽光的熱力，待夜晚再釋放出來，使葡萄可以充分緩慢地熟成。因此這葡萄園所產的酒口感細膩，散發出梨和花香的味道、葡萄酒中的礦物質核心提供了焦點。精巧宜人的酸度與甜度巧妙的融合簡直令人驚嘆。Scharzhofberger Kabinett偉大的生動演繹非常豐腴富有內涵的同時，淬鍊出一滴滴閃耀金色光芒的臻品佳釀。

The 2014 Scharzhofberger Riesling Kabinett #1 displays a lovely, clear, deep, rich and flinty bouquet of great purity and finesse. It is full-flavored, juicy and complex on the palate, well structured and very persistent in the finish, and structured by a significant minerality that makes this is pretty dry-tasting Riesling. Still young and provided with great aging potential. Bottled with 9% alcohol. 92+ RP
