在種植Pinot Noir葡萄的領域，已近30年的經驗， Anne是其中翹楚。她的Donum的Pinot Noir
是最為出色高分的葡萄酒。
神秘氣質的黑皮諾葡萄，豐富且複雜性的個性，深紅寶石色澤, 一開始喝起來是桀傲不遜，透露著傲骨，充滿尖銳的態度，讓人覺得這款酒在耍個性，原來這個酒是需要花點小時間，來跟她培養感情。經過30分鐘的醒酒，這款有點個性的Pinot Noir小姐，已開始慢慢地發生變化了，原來所有的等代都是值得的，櫻桃柔美的香氣漸漸地散發出來，原本讓人覺得銳利的口感已轉為柔軟、圓潤，單寧也顯細緻，頃刻間，瀰漫花香如絨布般優雅的單寧，嬌柔的魅態，讓人不禁折服，邀請您一起來體驗她的魅力!

with ripe, spicy elements and a bit of peppery tobacco, cedar and fresh herb
notes. Full-bodied, with good intensity that persists through the finish.

This is a restaurant wine. It’s really fancy, really good and
really food-friendly. Although it’s rich in fruit and oak, it
possesses an underlying tension, with acidity and
tannins all vying for center stage. You’re always looking
for the center of gravity. In other words, a wine of great
