獨立酒農香檳Agrapart & Fils

     Agrapart 於 19世紀由 Arthur Agrapart 成立，目前位於Avize in the Côte de Blancs心臟地帶擁有10公頃的葡萄園，主要種植 Chardonnay。至今大部份的葡萄園，是由 Arthur Agrapart 的家族成員 Pierre Agrapart 於五、六十年份所購入。多數的Agrapart 葡萄園都位於特級 (Grand Cru) 香檳村莊:Avize，Cramant，Oiry 和 Oger。葡萄藤的樹齡也相當高，平均約達35年， 最老的更達到65年。

    Agrapart 雖沒有申請為 organic 、 biodynamic 的生產商，但 Pierre Agrapart 對有機耕種的方式不曾有所質疑。所有葡萄園都不會使用化學除草劑、殺蟲藥或肥田料，只使用天然酵母發酵，葡萄園是由馬耕作壓縮土壤取代拖拉機。 Agrapart現任大總管Pascal曾表示，順應著大自然的節奏與感覺是在葡萄園和酒窖內工作最重要的事…..

    NV Les 7 Crus -Brut agrapart & Fils 融合了七個不同特色的優秀葡萄園，使用100% Chardonnay，大多數使用大型舊橡木桶陳年為了減少萃取較多的桶味。幕斯般的細緻泡沫帶有榛子、些許的礦物和香料的複雜香氣，酸度平衡優雅。

除渣日期是上市前60天。

From one of the top grower-producers based in Avize, Agrapart makes this rich, distinctive Champagne, mostly from grand cru vineyards. Quite dry and intense on the palate, with stunning mouth presence and persistence on the finish. Unquestionably, one of the best values you'll find in high quality Champagnes.

"The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs 7 Crus is beautiful, wiry and bursting with pure energy. Lemon, mint, white flowers and crushed rocks jump from the glass in a vibrant, crystalline Champagne endowed with striking purity. The style is all about focus and tension. In other words, this is pure Agrapart. In this release, the 7 Crus is a blend of equal parts 2009 and 2008, two completely different vintages that could not be more opposite and complementary. The 7 Crus is a blend of 70% Grand Cru fruit (from Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant and Avenay), and 30% Premier Cru fruit (from Val d'Or, Bergeres les Vertus and Mardeuil). "Agrapart’s NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs is another fabulous wine. Here it is the combination of tension and weightlessness that is especially appealing. Sweet floral notes and a suggestion of mint meld into white orchard fruit in this effortless, totally gracious wine. All the elements meld together on the seamless, crystalline finish. The Terroirs is a blend of fruit sourced from Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, equal parts 2007 and 2008 vintages. This release was aged partly in 600-liter barrels. Dosage was 5 grams per liter. Disgorged December 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018. Meticulous attention to farming and winemaking places Agrapart at or near the top of Champagne’s finest artisan growers. These remain some of the most fascinating wines in the region. Pascal Agrapart embodies the best of the artisan tradition in Champagnes, and his wines show it."
