Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blanc 2002

Belle Epoque 花漾年華完美體現Perrier-Jouët風格：花卉、時尚、鑽石切割。這款香檳酒是一個獨特釀造年份的成果，遵循Perrier-Jouët發展了兩百多年的傳統精心栽培：絕佳年份的藝術品。Belle Epoque 花漾年華包裝於一只美麗的酒瓶上市，裝飾瓶身的標誌性秋牡丹，是新藝術風格最著名的藝術家之一–Emile Gallé埃米爾･加萊，於1902年特別為Perrier-Jouët設計的圖案。在優雅美麗的頌歌中，日本秋牡丹漩渦圖案回應這款香檳酒的花卉風格。

The grapes are pressed in the village of Cramant on Perrier-Jouet traditional wooden presses. After it is racked, the clear juice is transported to Epernay for fermentation.

In the cellar, modern stainless steel tanks provide precise temperature control for the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of the base wine.

A liqueur the triage of sugar. Yeast and base wine is added to the bottle, but of only 9 grams, in order for the natural subtlety of the prestige cuvee to shine through. Finally, the wine is bottle aged for six years in the chalk cellars of Perrier- Jouet to maintain its balance and freshness. Our Blanc  varietal is make with Perrier – Jouet’s  rarest and most precious cuvee. The favored grape of the House vineyard comes from the Cote des Blancs magic triangle, which has a rating of 100%

Cramant Chardonny have all possible advantages, including a pure chalk soil that retains water, delivering it deep to the roots and an ideal south, south-east exposure midway up the hillside for maximum sunlight. These unique characteristic give the wines generous hints of white flowers and a balanced. Refined bouqut.  The 2002 vintage is a wine of suprising aromatic complexity, rich and delicate.  After six years aging in the cellars, the wine is balanced, with rich and delicate. After eight years aging in the cellars, the wine is balanced, with contrasting flavours.
