波爾多 - 超級新星

1855年法國波爾多分級制Ch. Ponet Canet 為五級酒，由Jean Francois Pontet 於18世紀在Pauillac中北部創立此酒莊，Ch. Mouton為鄰。 

1975年酒廠易主，由Guy Tesseron買下，在二代Alfred Tesseron的手上進行改革，投入金錢和心力，使用自然動力釀酒，一直到1994年再度生產出令人驚艷的葡萄酒，時至今日連續2009，2010 都拿到最高分100，Ch. Pontet Canet 已成功踏出他的精彩步伐。

Backward and powerful for the vintage, this blue/purple-colored 2004 exhibits classic creme de cassis, smoke, incense, and spring flower characteristics. Medium to full-bodied, dense, and excruciatingly tannic, this impressively endowed Pauillac is built for the long haul. However, patience will be required.
Anticipated maturity: 2014-2025

Shows beautiful aromas of crushed berries and currant, with hints of mineral. Full-bodied, with lovely currant, licorice and mint. Long and caressing. Very refined and balanced. Another winner from Pontet-Canet. Best after 2011. 25,000 cases made. –JS
