酒莊介紹 : 創立於1945年的 Voirin-Jumel (酒廠命名則用2人的名字創立Gilles Voirin and Françoise Jumel)，福翰-茱玫樂 VJ酒廠而後陸陸續續加購葡萄園地，目前在Côte des Blancs約 12 公頃，散佈在11個村莊，更擁有令人稱羨的Grand Cru頂級葡萄園(Cramant、Oger等)，其葡萄樹齡皆為30年以上。其風格為香氣純凈芬芳、氣泡內斂細緻、果香濃郁奔放。

AG 91 : Bright gold. Emphatically fruity on the nose and palate, offering fresh pear, nectarine and orange zest aromas and flavors. Juicy and open-knit, with suave floral and sweet butter qualities emerging on the back half, along with a hint of melon. This very expressive blanc de blancs finishes smoky and penetrating, with a suggestion of chalky minerality gaining power.

葡萄產地 : 用白堊土土壤從特級葡萄園60% Cramant and 40% Avize中仔細地挑選品質最佳的葡萄釀造。

葡萄比例 : 100% Chardonnay 明亮清澈的金黃 細緻平衡的風格

含糖量 : 8 g/l dosage

陳年時間 : 窖藏3年

品飲筆記 : 飽滿的礦物風味與柑橘的水果香氣為主軸，是款 清新淡雅 細緻的香檳。

餐點搭配 : 適合當餐前的開胃酒並搭配干貝、鮭魚、龍蝦或牛肉等..料理
