Ruinart是世界上歷史最悠久的香檳，起於1729年由Nicolas Ruinart 先生創立，她的酒窖在1931年被法國政府列為歷史遺產，白堊岩質地，深度達地下38公尺，酒窖內四通八達如迷宮般，通道總長8公里，終年恆溫11度，是香檳熟成的絕佳環境。

Blanc de Blanc :Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is smooth and rounded on the palate. A balanced wine with a beautiful luminous pale gold colour, enhanced by the elegance of the clear bottle. A perfect summer aperitif champagne, delectable sipped by the pool or on a sunny terrace.At table, a light, delicate dish such as grilled sole would be the perfect partner.

A strong whiff of graphite turns quickly to vanilla and coffee flavors on the palate, with a candied citrus accent. Delicate and detailed, with a firmness on the lingering aftertaste of vanilla and lemon. Drink now. –BS

Ruinart Rosé, as with all Ruinart champagnes, is made with a high proportion of Chardonnay giving great finesse and elegance. The actual blend is 45% Premier Cru Chardonnay and 55 % Premier Cru Pinot Noir. Orange-yellow, rose petal in colour it shows a subtle fruity nose: small red berries such as redcurrant and blackberry.
