Chateau de Fonbel 是Ausone旗下的一個酒莊，屬於Alain Vauthier 的資產。葡萄園管理經營模式、耕種手法，出自Château Ausone系統。但在價格上卻顯得親民許多，故葡萄酒界的專家均戲稱她為「Château Ausone升斗小民版」。葡萄園內多為二十年老藤，主要種植葡萄品種為：Merlot 65%、Cabernet Sauvignon 25%、 Petit Verdot 7%、Carménère 3%

2014 Chateau de Fonbel

The 2014 Fonbel, from the Famille Vauthier of Ausone, has a pretty bouquet with fragrant red berry fruit laced with peony and potpourri. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp, slightly chalky tannin. There is moderate weight in the mouth, a Château de Fonbel that is classic in style and whilst some might hanker for a little more flesh on the finish, I appreciate the focus and tension in this wine. WA 892014年的Fonbel有著中等的酒體，複雜的芳香與可愛的風味層，有黑櫻桃、莓果、菸草和辛香料的多層次的香味，是一款華麗，優雅的葡萄酒，尾韻相當優長。
