Allen Meadows十分青睞的精品小酒莊-Maison Ambroise(安柏思)
此酒莊起源於18世紀，位在Nuits-Saint-Georges附近的小村莊Premeaux-Prissey，是該產區內一座歷史悠久的精品酒莊。1987年由現任莊主Bertrand接管家族酒莊，Bertrand是一位不折不扣的葡萄酒愛好者，在他的帶領下酒莊經歷了一些變革，酒質也一步步提升，一直致力於推行有機種植的莊主2013年更讓酒莊獲得由Ecocert有機農業機構發給的認證。
